The Bob & Tom Show

As a precipitous income downturn of the Westwood One-130 market syndication gripped the Bob & Tom Show, Steve was recruited to spearhead a sales and marketing turnaround. Under Steve’s guidance Sales and Marketing were re-strategized to include the first network radio mobile app.

 Ad sales increased 175% from 2014-2017.

MoneyWatch Morning

Recognizing the momentum in the 1990’s investor community Steve filled a void in radio financial programming and ad sales by creating the first all-financial news MoneyWatch Morning Show. With over 50 affiliates coast-to-coast airing the program, he eventually expanded the brand to a monthly magazine and event series. The unprecedented impact of the 9-11 attacks on Wall Street and the financial community, forced the sale of this unique concept.

Ft. Lauderdale Air and Sea Show

With a history of over 1,000,000 fans on Ft. Lauderdale beaches, to better serve those in attendance and family members everywhere, Steve developed the first “Greatest Show Above the Earth” plane-by-plane live on-line video/on-air radio simulcast. Thousands logged on during this annual event to enjoy this patriotic salute to those who protect our freedom.

The highpoint of an unprecedented 8 year series “An Evening With…” which Steve created to feature his station’s News and Talk show talent entertaining 2,000 of each programs most loyal fans. N.Y. Yankees Baseball

To attract an audience and sponsors to a new Sportstalk station in a crowded South Florida radio market where all major Miami sports franchises were taken, in 2008 Steve made the high risk move of marketing and programming to the “6th borough.” For the first time in South Florida history, the full schedule of N.Y. Yankees broadcasts were made available to South Florida fans for free.

The “6th borough” fan base response drove Yankees broadcasts to the #1 position.
